Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase; please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose your preferred resolution.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items to prevent damage and affix the provided shipping label or address the parcel to our Brisbane warehouse via your preferred tracked courier.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our dark minions receive and inspect your parcel, we will process your store credit or exchange within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
